I learned at WP Support Forums - do not - I repeat - DO NOT copy and paste text from a Word Processor (MS Word or Word Pad) directly into your blog! It messes up the database terribly. Don’t do it that way! Put it in a text editor first. Unless, of course, you already know this and are doing it that way. In that case, forgive my rant.

Also, don't copy and paste text into the comment section of other peoples blogs ... same effect.

So, if you need to spell check go grab a good text editor with a spell check feature or pluing. Edit Plus2 is a good one. Or, do it a word processor, and then save it in your text editor before posting it.
